Was promised a 1 hour 20 minute delivery time (already ridiculous), but had to wait over an 2.5 hours for our delivery to come. After 1 hour 40 minutes we called them, and they said that we would have our meal very soon (lying). At 9:10, we finally received our meal where the delivery driver basically handed the food over and left, not recognising or apologising for the ridiculous delay. We have had several similar issues with this restaurant, but never this bad.June 23, 2017
